Videos
All videos should be framed within the “Key Takeaways” textbox with a bold “Watch This” title. The textbox should include an introductory sentence that ends with the timestamp for the length of the video.
Accessibility
Videos included should have closed captioning. For original videos (and whenever possible), a link to the transcript should be included after the timestamp (transcripts can be included with the Closed Captioning request by responding to the created ticket and requesting transcripts in addition to closed captioning). When there is no speaker in a video, an audio description (part of a transcript, as needed) should still be included in the transcript area.
YouTube videos
YouTube videos can be quickly added using the Add Media button on the page editor and the Insert from URL action.

Mediasite videos
To get Mediasite videos to fit in the textbox like a YouTube video use the custom sizing of 675×450 (width by height) when retrieving the embed code.
