15 Plastics Recycling

Day 1
Prof. Jones gives an overview of the history the plastics problem, the chemical challenges to
polymer recycling, the sorting and social challenges associated with plastics recycling and new
alternative approaches to the problem.
Day 2
Dr. Brenda Chalfin talks about plastics in the context of water storage tanks in Africa
Day 3
This module is under development so no formal day 3 activity has been developed but you could use the exercise from the plastics module
